What to expect at Harvest CFC

As a Christian community we love to connect with one another and our Sunday gathering at Harvest CFC is just a 90 minute snapshot of who we really are as a church family. For those thinking of visiting us (and we hope you will) our gathering would be described as contemporary in style and usually consist of a 35 to 40 minutes worship time where a team of musicians invite everyone to join them in singing songs of praise to God. Our focus is to elevate Jesus above all things and to invite the Holy Spirit to reveal God’s love, grace and hope to every person that has a need. During this part of the service we may have scripture readings or encouraging life stories about God’s faithfulness. Our services are always encouraging and we will never embarrass anyone.

We also have a wonderful children’s ministry at Harvest CFC with classes for all ages. A dedicated group of teachers create a fun and vibrant atmosphere in which they teach relevant Christian principles that can help build character, values and purpose into our kids. We also have a nursery available for children from birth to age 3.

The service concludes with a 30 – 40 minute talk, by one of our preaching team and afterwards prayer ministry is usually available to those who would like to participate. Our weekly talks are always built around biblical values and often will include life lessons from studying a biblical character. The talks focus on God’s amazing grace and love for all people and our goal is to always encourage and to point people towards God’s benevolent purpose and plan for life.

After our services we serve coffee and refreshments in the Café and encourage people to stay for a while to connect with new and old friends.
