DAY 13 – Full Time Ministers!

Open a newspaper or turn on the nightly news and it’s easy to throw your hands up in the air and develop a close your eyes, grit your teeth and wait for heaven mentality.

But Christians shouldn’t turn to escapism, isolating oneself from culture.

Should we get offended when the lost act lost? Weren’t we lost at one point as well and dead in our trespasses?

Scripture tells us that we are to be the “light of the world”.

That means literally the whole world; God desires to be glorified in all the earth, every square inch.

During this time of corporately seeking God for 21 days, it’s important to take stock of one’s witness for the kingdom.

How am I bearing witness to the truth of God in my life? How is the love of God evident in my relationships and interactions with others?

Real Christianity is boots on the ground and if you’re a Christian then you’re in full time ministry.

What transforms society and culture is not many part time Christians but rather Christians whose lives are fully surrendered to God and desire to be an impact in whatever sphere of influence they are positioned.
